A Help Page for New Accounts

  • All asterisks and red arrows are required information.
  • From the "Authorization" page, click on the "New Account" button.
  • Fill out the right hand side of the "New Account" page with your company name, contact name, phone, email address, "ship to" street address, city, state and zip. Click on the "Submit" button.
  • You will be given a login number on the next page and asked to choose a password.
  • Click on the "Continue" button to reach the "Credit Card Info" page.
  • Ignore the "Payment Method" box on the "Credit Card Info" page.
  • On this page fill out your credit card number, expiration, card holder name, package signer (if available), and billing address. Click the "Continue" button.
  • On the "Shipping Info" page; "Purchase Order #" and "Release #" are optional but "Ordered by" is required.
  • All orders are "Bid" under the "Order Status" option.
  • Click the "Continue" button for the "Review Cart" page.
  • To add items to your cart, click the "Main Menu" button.
